A. You can either do this online, or by contacing a member of our
support team who will assist you over the telephone. To do this
online, just click on the 'SELLING' tab for more information about
selling your business and then click on one of links on this page
which will take you through to the registration process.

How can I sell my domain name through YohadaBusiness.com?
A. You can either do this online, or by contacing a member of our
support team who will assist you over the telephone. To do this
online, just click on the 'SELLING' tab followed by the 'SELL A
DOMAIN NAME' tab within the sub-menu. You will now be taken through
to the sales page where you will find links which will take you
through to the domain name selling registration page.
Q.
I have a business which I want to sell and would like to know if
it is possible to remain annonomous and not give out any contact
numbers and if it is possible, than how?
A. By advertising your business for sale through YohadaBusiness.com
you will be given 3 contact options during the registration process.
You can either let a potential buyer contact you by telephone, fax
or by using the Yohada Mal facility (whether you select 1 contact
method or all 3 contact methods, only registered buyers will have
access to this information). If a potential buyer likes your business,
they can then register and send you a mail using the Yohada Mail
facility so you will remain completely annonmous.

Once I have placed my advert and paid for it, is it possible to
Edit it later, for example, if I want to reduce the price?
A. Yes. Once you have placed an advert for sale, you will than be
able to log into your account and Edit the business at any time
and at no extra cost! People that have shortlisted your business
will be notifed of any changes which have been made, ie. a Price
Reduction.

Do you charge a Commision like Business Transfer Agents?
A. NO! We do not charge a commision like Business Transfer Agents,
simply because we are an advertising medium. We charge a one off
fee which will allow you to list your business for sale for a period
of 30 days. Even when you sell your business, there are NO HIDDEN
FEES!

What is a virtual For Sale board?
A. Some businesses which come on the market for sale have a strong
internet presence. We have developed a virtual For Sale board which
can pop up on an internet website outside of Yohada Business, showing
that such website business is for sale and by an end-user clicking
on the For Sale board, will being them directly through to your
business details allowing them to contact you and find out more
information about your business.

Q.
There are so many businesses for sale, I am having trouble remembering
which ones I like and have contacted. Is there a way to manage all
my contact information?
A. There are 2 advantages of the YohadaBusiness.com service for
our buyers. The first is our simple 'Shortlist'
facility which means that if you are logged in as a buyer and you
see a business of interest, just simply click on the 'Add
to Shortlist' link in the top right of the business details
page and it will remember this business in your account until you
delete it. Secondly, if you contact any seller by using the Yohada
Mail facility, all your 'Sent' emails will be stored in our system
until you have deleted them.

Do I have to register to view the businesses available for sale?
A. No! You do not have to register to see the businesses we have
available for sale, although you will not be able to make contact
with the buyer as this information is only made available to registered
users.

Is there a way to tell if a Business has had Price reduction?
A. No! Only by making notes of businesses you are interested in
and then re-visiting them again to see if there has been any price
reductions or other changes. You could always ask the seller directly
to see if they will tell you and explain why.

How do I know that a business or Domain Name I am buying really
belongs to the person selling it?
A. You don't! We would recommend to anyone that attempts to purchase
a business through the YohadaBusiness.com website to do so through
the help of proffesional bodies such as accountants, solicitors,
surveyours and any other proffesional bodies deemed viable. Businesses
for sale within the YohadaBusiness.com website range from tens of
thousands of pounds to million pound businesses and we STRONGLY
SUGGEST getting proffesional assistance before going ahead with
any exchange of money in the purchase of a business.

What is the Yohada Mail facility I keep hearing about? Is it the
same as email?
A. Yohada Mail is an innovative product which has been created to
help bring Buyers and Sellers together. It is very similar to email
although, you can only contact members of the YohadaBusiness.com
website through the mailing facility. If you are to receive a Yohada
Mail, you can opt to be notified through your main email account,
for instance, if you are a seller and someone has a question about
your business and send you a Yohada Mail, you will rceeive a brief
email to your normail email account saying that you have a new message
in your Yohada Mail account. Some people like to be notified through
their main email account and some people just log in each day and
check their Yohada Mail account.
Q.
I have forgotten my Username and Password. What can I do?
A. You will need to contact our support team. You can do this by
visiting our Contact Page (link at the top of this page) and sending
an email to the support team or by clicking on the Password
reminder >> link and entering your email address. You
will automatically be sent your password (although allow longer,
depending on your email provider).

Does the Yohada Mail account cost money to use?
A. No, it has been built for your convenience as a Buyer or Seller
and is FREE of charge.

Is the website secure?
A. We have tried to make the website as secure as possible for both
buyers and sellers of businesses. Any information which we hold
on our servers are protected by innovative coding and password protection.
Any web pages which ask for sensative information have been encrypted
using up to 128 bit encryption. You will notice a padlock in the
bottom right hand of the screen on some pages. When you see this
padlock, it means that any information you submit is secure and
encrypted.
