We currently have 4 adverts per search page (see example below). Promo 1 and 2 are placed directly above the business results we provide to potential buyers whilst Promo 3 and 4 are strategically placed below the business results.

Each advert contains 2 lines of text and will allow a header upto 6 words (in bold), a description to take up no more than 2 lines and also a link directly to your website which will open out in a new window. Below is an example advert. You can even add a little colour to your advert.

Below are the full details of a business which a potential buyer will see. These particular details are advertising a fish and chip shop for sale at £205,000. For navigation purposes, we show a navigation bar on most pages showing a visitor how they got to that particular place. The navigation bar in the below example is:

Catering > Fish and Chips > Essex - Epping

This navagation bar shows three tiers of links. One for Catering, one for fish and chips and one for Essex. If a user clicks on the Fish and Chips link, it will display in the business reults, all the fish and chip businesses we have for sale and also the Rosens BTA advert at the top of the page, because they are advertising in PROMO 1 (Top Position) within this sub-category.

The other way in which someone will see your advert/promotion is by coming to the Yohada Business website directly through the search engine. To give an example, we currently have No. 2 positions for the following keywords:

MSN.COM - "fish and chips for sale" - No.2 out of 520,000 Results

Google.com - "fish and chips for rent" - No. 2 out of 1,950,000 Results

How do I advertise through Yohada 4?

This service is being run on a FCFS Basis (First come, first serve basis). Check to see if there are any results being displayed on a category which you are interested in by using our advanced search facility. If 2 or more people want to advertise in the same section as each other, ie. The Catering Section of our website, whoever submitted their details first and paid for their listing will have the priority to the position they require within the section.
